Massage Therapy and alternative forms of bodywork can help to achieve and increase health and wellness. All of these modalities have the ability to heal and calm, correct and align, and relax and refresh the body and the mind. The Well staff of therapists are trained in many different forms of body work including:

Swedish~Relaxation Massage: Full body massage that releases tension, promotes relaxation and improves circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage: Using slow deep strokes, tissue or muscle can be lengthened, relieving pain, increasing range of motion, and correcting chronic holding patterns.

Sports Massage: Increases performance potential and supports the health and well being of the whole athlete.

Maternity Massage: Therapeutic touch to increase circulation, reduce tension and pain and promote relaxation and balance.

Reflexology: Massaging reflex areas in the feet and or hands that correspond to and balances all body parts.

Acupressure: Traditional Chinese Medicine, evolving from the ancient art of acupuncture. Moving energy to rebalance and refresh.

Shiatsu: Combining massage, acupressure, and stretching to restore balance, fluidity and relaxation to the body.

Craniosacral Therapy: Special techniques designed to release compression or restrictions within the skull, sacrum, and spine. Helpful for TMJ, inner ear problems, arthritis, headaches, and chronic pain.

Reiki: "Universal Life Force" A gentle, noninvasive process of channeling energy from the universe to balance and refresh the chakras and the whole body.
